In New York, the outpost is situated in the heart of the fashion district, on 5th Avenue, and consists of 65 residences housed in a circa-1928 Beaux Arts building. Molteni&C imprinted its signature sense of style on all of them, adding natural oak details to the kitchen, as well as champagne-painted accents throughout the homes.

It’s one of three pinnacle units at the recently completed, full-service tower on Fifth Avenue.
